the Horrific Film Fest 2.
The Horrific Film Fest was established in order to give more opportunities and exposure to independent filmmakers around the world. Working with horror, horror/comedy, thriller, and suspense, filmmaker George L. Ortiz (Ortiz Entertainment; The House Of The Demon)
decided in 2007 to bring this event to San Antonio, Texas. “Our goal is to bring tourism to the San Antonio area and attract filmmakers from around the world.” The filmmakers that are accepted into The Horrific Film Fest compete for awards such as best feature, best SFX, best actor, best actress, best short film, etc.
The concept for The Horrific Film Fest trophy was designed by
Sergio Ramos
and created by George L. Ortiz.

Horrific Zombie Walk. Show us your most outrageous
living dead costume and lurk the parking lot of the
Alamo Draft House at this one of a kind event.

Filmmakers from around the world will be competing
with their HORROR TRAILER for CASH price!!!!!!! We
will have some gift-aways, door prizes, will have 3
horror rock bands. Filmmakers that want to compete
on the trailer party with their trailer will need to
fill out the same application and pay the submission
fee , the fee amount is $25.00. PARTY entrance is
$3.00 dollars.
